    Kenneth James Kiehl, 75, died Sunday, February 24, 2019 at his home in Holcomb, Kansas. He was born July 23, 1943 in Paso Robles, California the son of Clarence & Helen Frances (McKinney) Kiehl. As a young child, Kenneth moved with his family to a farm in northeast Finney County. He has been a resident of Finney County, Garden City, and Holcomb since. He attended Theoni Elementary School and Abe Hubert Middle School. A truck driver for most of his life, Kenneth also worked as a welder and a seismologist. He enjoyed fishing and bowling.     Lucila Ibarra, 80, died Sunday February 24, 2019 at her home in Garden City, Kansas. She was born January 7, 1939 in Poblado de Pena, Durango, Mexico, the daughter of Margarito Ibarra and Maria De Los Angeles Diaz. Lucila attended school in Mexico but spent the majority of her life in El Paso, Texas before moving to Garden City 7 years ago to be closer to family. A devout Catholic, she enjoyed attending church at a variety of parishes in both Juarez and El Paso. She was a hard worker and made sure her only child, Eleazar was well cared, even in her absence.
